Dynamic Air Cooling
The only coolant is air.
Team of experts in gas and thermodynamics has developed a fundamentally new technology for cold generation and successfully tested a cooling device based on this technology.

On the basis of general theoretical studies we developed an original mathematical model of the process of Dynamic Air Cooling (DAC). The mathematical model allowed to perform the calculations necessary for the development DAC technology and construction of a DAC generator.

DAC generator directly converts warm air into cold air. Excess thermal energy of air in the DAC generator is transformed into mechanical energy.
Principal difference
between Dynamic Air Cooling technology
and traditional vapor compression
Vapor compression uses cooling agent to subtract part of the air´s thermal energy and transport it outside the Cooling system. VC system has more elements and is more complicated.

DAC generator directly converts warm air into cold air. Excess thermal energy of air in the DAC generator is transformed into mechanical/electrical energy.

DAC Working scheme
A dynamic cold generator consists of an electric centrifugal compressor (1) and a working element (2).
The working element is constructed on the basis of the developed mathematical model and is the subject of know-how. The centrifugal electric compressor (1) of the DAC Generator sucks in air and generates a flow of air that is directed to the input connection of the Working Element (2). Part of the internal (thermal) energy of the air is converted into mechanical energy inside the Working Element. The whole process results in effective and quick air cooling -
DAC allows to achieve temperature delta of up to -60°C in very short period of time.
